It's comforting to realize these missiles were paid for by U.S. tax dollars to the tune of hundreds of millions, maybe billions of dollars, no?
We don't have enough money to keep our own troops in arms and ammo but we have plenty to spread around to jihadis screaming "Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar!!".
What is wrong with this picture?

You could very well see Chicom vs Chicom weapons in this scenario. China is selling weapons to the Assad regime and the Iranians, and have advisers on the ground there to help Assad out. I am quite sure that the Chinese will show them how to defeat those monkey model weapons.

Lest that those missiles end up in the hands of Uiguar forces or are used on the Chinese themselves once they intervene (and they will), or on their advisers there.

Hopefully rebel Syrians will oust all those foreigners on their soil.

Those are probably old Syrian stocks - I saw youtube videos from a couple of years ago with rebels using these to down a helicopter.
