Her (2nd girl) mother, Doris Kenny, said she's proud her daughter was "brave enough to speak out against what was going on."

I can confirm that neither the videos nor the DBM's stories accurately portray what really happened.

I watched the video. I’m not outraged. Teenaged kids are a pain in the azz on their best day. I quickly realized I did not have the patience for it. I went to teach college.

I do think it probably could have been handled a little differently. When the bell rang the girl would have gotten up to go to the next class and she could have been quickly and without much disruption snagged in the hallway and faced whatever the punishment is for willful disobedience at the school. Now she has some street cred with her classroom buddies and she likely won’t face punishment due to the fu fer all that’s occurring.

Its too bad because that kid definitely needs some discipline.
