Please show me two pieces of evidence that say that “four million” stayed home in 2012. I have searched and searched for this. It’s a bogus claim based on a single IN article that actually had no real statistics. I could find no such statistics in OH, where Romney strongly outperformed McCain.

Six million plus.

That number was not made up. It was assessed by more than one post-election analysis group. It was considered precise.

I read it and read it again.

Do your own internet research. I’m not avoiding it but I do not have the time. It could take 10 minutes or a few hours, I don’t know. Many reports that I have read in detail seem to disappear from the web unexpectedly. Today I save everything. I’m still searching for Mona Charen’s stellar piece on Anthony Kennedy’s ruling in the Windsor case. I should just request it directly from her, maybe she will send it.

Use search terns such as ‘post-election analysis’ and confine the search to 2013. Subsequent reports have it at 4 million. I don’t know where 4 million came from. The Perot Bloc is known to be six million plus and they were determined to have sat home. They are known to be conservative, straddling republican and independent registrations. They should have been inspired by the GOP candidate; they weren’t.

Several very reputable outfits pinpointed the Perot demographic as the cause of Romney’s loss. It wasn’t just a fluke report. It was detailed and heavy in research.

The Perot bloc is also known by the descriptors such as as blue-collar conservatives.

Good luck.

Oh hell, I couldn’t leave you hanging on your own especially as you asked with a ‘please’.

Here’s one:

There are plenty others I saw. You will be able to find all you need.

I used “2012 post election analysis perot bloc”
