Just lovely...I don’t have the words to explain my disgust....I guess FUPR will suffice.

And WHY? Because many someones on the right went into booths across the country and elected unprincipled garbage that would put their paycheck ahead of their country.

It wasn’t Barack Hussien Obama that did this to Republican voters. Nor was it Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Debbie Schultz or Karx Marx. It was people too proud to admit their lifetime of capitulative voting got them into this mess in the first place.

So they went and did it - A G A I N - to spite people that voted on and for principle. Boy they sure showed us huh? Showed us no matter what real good.

We both knew this Freedom Caucus was crap anyway. I would have been shocked if they didn’t cave, and it would have ruined out BA to boot!

Yup. But it’s the same dynamic as ever.

Put a bunch of lesser evils together in DC, slap some patriotic chest thumping name on them and POOF! Everyone and their brother in the base suddenly thinks Capt. Salvation arrived. Not once does the horde stop and thing “Gee, why am I suddenly excited about the very people I disposed not 24 hours ago? OHHH!!! they are one of us now! They are patriotic! They Got a cool name! Squirrel!”

Obvious problem is obvious.

When it became apparent that Paul Ryan was being pushed/set up to take Boehner’s position as speaker I spent some time reviewing his personal and political history. The first thing that caught my attention was that this guy was not an ‘average’ middle class guy from a working class family. His parents are both of the elite lawyer system though in a rather local environment. The guy was obviously helped in avoiding any military service though of service age. His statements as to disavowing the tenants of Ayn Rand as a conservative ( I could understand this) and shifting his societal/political views to that of more societally oriented philosophers such as Aquinas especially attracted my attention. I tend to believe that his political and governmental shifts takes him away/apart from our Constitutional government as set by the Founders. His demand that government is to fit his mold bothers me and that he could/would get enough Republican votes to be the societal conscience of the US is bothersome for me. I am hoping that there are some Constitutional Republicans who will keep the course for a true US.

This is a man who thinks he’s very sexy. Always posing in his workout gear. Men like that have a hard time resisting temptation, and he’s exposed to a lot. Did you know businesses are leaving his home district?

I find him particularly unappealing. Very Eddie Munster and that nose distracts me from seeing the rest of him anyway. LOL. To me he is just another bought and paid for shill. Does not surprise me at all that business is fleeing from his district. I think all those idiots except a scant few are compromised and probably easily blackmailed but that would pigeon hole me as a conspiracy theorist.

Blackmail, shmackmail -- it would only took common knowledge of McCarthy to derail his ascension. We on FR have an advantage. We probably have some in Ryan's district who can report from the ground. I just threw the sexy part because he's always flaunting his muscles.. A guy like that, wouldn't surprise me if he was fooling around.

And, dearie me, he wants time with his small children... They keep saying, like a misdirection. "Such a cute family man"--yeah, and Hillary is a loving granny. After all this treachery, wouldn't it be fun to send Ryno home to try to earn an honest living?

To be fair, the draft ended when he was about three years old.

But yeah, I don't like him either. He's dishonest, untrustworthy, and not very conservative.

I suspect there were are many persons who were not of draft age at the time who have/did serve later. The point is that persons did not have to be drafted to serve they just needed dedication to the US. Having babies and jumping on the government bandwagon was a way to avoid serving. The guy is a draft/service dodger by my thoughts. Just in case anyone is wondering about my take on the guy I did serve in Asia in WWII and my brother was killed on Okinawa.
