Gee whiz, Wally, that sounds almost as successful as the Canadian long gun registry!

To get the statistics on SAFE Act Compliance, the state had to be sued to force them to be released - they weren't released voluntarily because they were politically embarrassing. :-)

Compliance is about 1 in 800. The VA is not complying either:
