Meanwhile 16 MILLION gallons of water leaked into the Tip O’Neil tunnel in the past 6 months alone.
What a BOONDOGGLE.
I wonder what the eventual lifespan for this taxpayer funded, union built disaster will be.
The next 30 billion dollar fiasco project will be a ground level highway above the flooded tunnels in 2030 and a bridge to the airport.
