Without the ADA, I’d have no problem hiring disabled folks. I also would have no problem spending money for their accommodations. There is no real clearinghouse for disabled people and employers to connect, except for certain gov’t agencies.
Government usually has the opposite effect on what ever issue it seeks to solve.
