I think anyone sitting in the oval office when presented with the facts has two choices, go along with the status quo while being pressured from all directions to do their bidding and not upset the gravy train, or buck the trend and risk humility and perhaps death to fight for this nation.

So, in the end, while what a person might say at a given time is of import to get a glimpse of their current thoughts, much more important is do they have the strength of character, and personality, to get their way?

I don't like a few things Trump has said, I also have problems with some of Cruz's positions.

I would vote for either in a heartbeat.

I figure, the next president will not be forced to overhaul the system. I think it will probably boil over in the next administration. Or the one after that.

But, if someone is going to do it now, it seems less likely than someone who has taken it off the table.
