Basically: Mediterranean Diet, moderation. You can poison yourself with supplements.

I am taking a few supplements:

Daily vitamin
Glucosamine Condroitin
8000 iu Vitamin D3
400 mg of Calcium

Thinking about taking 1 tsp of baking soda in a glass of water each day. Read in several places that prostate cancer needs an acidic environment to grow. Even if it doesn’t make a difference, it does no harm. Will be checking with my doctor at MDA tomorrow.
