I’m in San Antonio as well, and have very recently come across groups of 20-30 year old males group shopping in Target and speaking something other than Spanish. This is a new phenomenon for this area. I’m now much more alert.
Glad I’m not the only one who has noticed. I carried all the time before, so no big change for me except heightened situational awareness.
