This is got to be the dumbest idea I have heard from a politician in a long time. This is almost equivalent to the guy who said Guam was going to tip over. Lets see, we hire a multitude of agents to fan out across the country monitoring college classrooms. What could go wrong you say. We will sick em on those liberal professors. Well one thing, after given the permanent bureaucracy this kind of power, you better win every election from here to the end of time. If you don't, those special college secret agents will be working for the other side. I can see Lois Lerner might have something to fall back on if Carson losses the 2020 election.

I agree that is a dumb idea.

On the other hand, letting students who have their civil rights violated by the left wing PC crowd have access to the Department of Justice to remedy the very things which the ObaMao-Holder-Lynch Cabal is encouraging to enforce their little fascist fifedoms on college campuses isn't such dumb idea.

They are already working for the other side. Have you not been paying attention? Does the name "Lois Lerner" not ring a bell for you?

What you are advocating is the status quo, where conservative thought is "thought policed" off of campus right now, out of a fear that even more conservative thought is somehow going to get even more "thought policed" off of campus in the future.

There is very little left that the thought police can attack because they have already driven most of it out. The only targets left are Liberal targets.

That you should worry about some future date, after which the liberals will turn the thought police on us, would require us to have been so successful in getting conservative thoughts on the campus in the first place in order for them to have something to target.

In the future, the worst they could do to us is to return us to the current conditions.
