If court can rule that a person isn't actually a person at six days, what stops them from making the same ruling at ANY POINT in a person's life. The "logic" behind all genocide has historically been to declare the intended victims as non-persons.

Yup. They have to dehumanize them first, because, in their hearts, they still know it’s wrong to murder innocent human beings.
