NJ 3 Tom MacArthur(CR=50) - member of Freedom Caucus - as of 10AM Thursday - his staff claims they have no idea of MacArthur's position. They report he has not stated his support for or opposition to Ryan's demands.

What is the "CR=50" thing? That like an ACU rating? (Recognizing that there are problems with ACU ratings .... now that congresscritters have learned how to game their ratings with lots of insignificant "procedural" votes that allow them to mislead their constituents...)
