Didn’t the US provide Stingers to aid the Mujahideen against the Soviets during the 1979 Afghanistan - USSR war?
Didn’t the Mujahideen eventually become the murderous Taliban that we fought in 2001?
Didn’t that war cost the lives of 1000+ US servicemen and drain 100’s of billions from our US Treasury?
Didn’t a founding father tell us to avoid foreign entanglements?
