If a conservative refuses to step up and take the job, what do you expect to happen. Conservatives are the failure here. They just refused to want the job. It is a shame and the easiest time to take the job since nobody wants it. When you have to force Ryan to take the job and he gets to set requirements then you know the House stinks. I am stunned by the weak Conservatives in the House.
