“Judicial Watch has confirmed the existence of draft indictments of Hillary Clinton for her lies and obstruction in the Whitewater bank-fraud investigation,” the group’s president Tom Fitton wrote in the statement.

“The Obama administration is refusing to release these records out of concern for Hillary Clinton’s privacy. Hillary Clinton’s privacy cannot be allowed to trump the public’s interest in knowing more about whether she obstructed justice and lied to a federal grand jury.”

This seems significant: how could privacy rights trump the public's right to know about a public figure running for the office of the presidency?

There's precedent. Everything about Obama was sealed by EO on his first day in office.

Have you folks noticed how the media is ‘laying trump’ this and ‘trump that’ into articles lately....I notice another one this morning...is that suppose to make us think badly of Trump because if that’s what their plan is, it isn’t working on me!

I'm for JW. They are working for the cause of “Justice.” I'm also sending them a check for $75.00 in appreciation of their work! Judicial Watch, Hurray!

Obama buried his own historical paper trail, seems his debt to Hillary for leaving the 2008 race is still being paid off. Unless this is hush hush for some other scandal she knows about Obama.

My mother is in charge of all charitable contributions in my mother and father’s household. She used to donate more but has been let down to the point that she will never donate to the RNC and several others again.

Her current shortlist is The Ronald Reagan Foundation, The Heritage Foundation, Admiral Nimitz Library, and JUDICAL WATCH.

Even if they are only allegations, and could be denied, voters might like to know what they were.
Considering her track record, it’s incredible that this witch is, ever was, or remains a viable candidate.
She’s as crooked as a dog’s hind leg.
If she is elected, Obama may be the downfall but she would be the coup de grace and America will deserve anything it gets.

Coincidence that this comes out almost immediately after the stories this morning about Joe Biden changing his stories on the bin Laden raid?

Smells to me like a big old shot across Hillary’s bow, using JW as the cannon.

“Below is the full text of the statement issued by President Clinton upon signing the 1996 FOIA amendments into law on October 2, 1996:

I am pleased to sign into law today H.R. 3802, the “Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996.”

This bill represents the culmination of several years of leadership by Senator Patrick Leahy to bring this important law up to date. Enacted in 1966, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) was the first law to establish an effective legal right of access to government information, underscoring the crucial need in a democracy for open access to government information by citizens.”

Clinton’s “privacy”? What about the public’s right to know that the liberals are always screaming and whining about?
