Which majority? They don’t have a majority of conservatives in either the House or the Senate. America isn’t a majority conservative nation. As leaders they’re herding cats. Each legislator has their major donors to please, plus their voting constituencies and local politicians. It’s not as cut and dry as FReepers make it out to be. Politics is deadly gray.

Sure it is. Republican majority. We can argue about how conservative those people actually are but the platform is one of conservative values and people align with it. I cannot imagine more than a couple percent of voters actually wanted homo marriage, armed terrorists, illegal invasions or any of the hard left positions the GOP caved to Barry on.

On the other hand, maybe thats why they voted Republican because they knew they’d get it.
