The only controversy is the Constitutional authority given away by the 113 Congresses prior. We’re way outside the Constitutional bounds. You know it and I know it, but over 50% of voters gave us Obama, twice. So they don’t really know it. Government is at heart the fulfillment of the statement: make somebody else pay for it.
