"Nazi is described as a right wing organization, Yet their were Socialists [sic]. They were left. But Chuck. But My BUTT."
"National Socialist German Workers' Party. Nazi Party. Hitler. Need I go on?"
"Maybe better. Democrats don't value the country. They value the power of Government. There is a difference ya know."
"You want to know how much power our Government has over our lives? Just make the suggestion we shut it down. That's how much.LIBERTY we have."
"While European countries, one by one, are dying on the vine, Democrats insist we become more like them. Insane!"

An excellent book is “The Lost Literature of Socialism” by George Watson published by Lutterworth— a summary here from the independent UK in 1998— a while back and very much valid and worthy of learning. Pulls no punches. The nazis were socialists and leftwing.. the commies called them rightwing- they were fighting for the same political worker’s turf and power

And he purged the SA to win over the military, who didn’t like the brown-shirted thugs and saw them as a rival paramilitary organization.
So for Hitler it was a win-win-win.
Also a lot of SA members started out as Communist Street brawlers.... but the Nazis had the better beer at their meetings.
The uniting idea of the left is collectivism. Of the right, personal freedom.
European uses of these terms are irrelevant, because Europeans have no historical model of personal freedom.
Yes, you are eminently correct.
To the Left you have collectivism and Collective rights.. to the right you have individual rights.
I've explained it this way - set up a scale of 1 - 10 with 1 on the right, 10 on the left.
The number represents the amount of government control that is present.
On this scale 0 represents anarchy and 10 full, totalitarian Socialism with Statism, Collectivism, Fascism in the same vicinity.
With this illustration it is hard to try to pretend that those various despotic forms can be anything but leftist.
Exactly!
One way or another, Germany was screwed, it was either going to be the Nazis, or a Communist dictatorship.
Yes. I'm about half-way through "The Vampire Economy" book by Guenter Reiman. It's a long read, but very interesting. The Nazis did everything they could to destroy Capitalism without actually taking over the companies. So much so, that entire staffs had to be created, and people sold their services as fixers between the government bureaucracy and the company. Often at premiums.
He is pretty forth-write on these issues - he’s a good one to follow on twitter.
The Nazis were Left-Wing.
And of course, the Nazis met in a homosexual club called Bratwurstglöckle.
This club, which still stands today.
National Socialists and International Communists hate(d) each other because bloody-minded, bloody-handed totalitarian dictators don't like competition.
One comparable analogy would be the different factions of Islam - Shia and Sunni. They are at odds with each other but are still pushing Islam.
And just because they are in conflict doesn’t make one side less Islamic.
I’ve seen literature on that, but of course the leftist will dismiss anything that contravenes their dogma.
It’s my belief that today’s Russia and China have more in common with the Nazis than the Communists.
No they are not; they’re international communists.
They hold no allegiance to this country, they hate it
