Is this a poll Real Clear Politics include in their averages?
No. RCP never includes these polls for Trump. They don’t include Reuters either. Apparently the Internet based polls are not scientific enough for them but somehow the hack polls with samples of 250 work just fine.

It is politics. But it is far from clear and it plays fast and loose with reality.
Everyone knows that the new polling has undertaken scientifically to INCLUDE those with cellphones. RCP relies almost exclusively on low number, low representation landline phones.
