I thought W going after Ted Cruz was rather odd, considering there has been very little direct fire between Jeb and Ted. Bush has to know, that his reaction only serves to elevate Cruz profile. That said, I thought Ted gave a great and classy response to W.

And Cruz has raised a ton of cash. Now how does someone who is only polling at the most 8 or 9 percent get so many people to contribute? Could it be that there really is Trump/Cruz ticket in the future and the Washington establishment KNOWS it?

Cruz has got the conservative base locked up. Trump is expanding past that and throwing out tidbits for centrists and even leftists.
