Other documents along similar lines have been around for years, various Declarations of Interdependence. Here is one originated in 1976 and signed by many politicians of that era. Many ideas gained traction after the destruction of WWII, ideas that supposedly would prevent future wars. The idea that interdependence of nations would prevent future wars is one of them:

DECLARATION OF INTERDEPENDENCE (1976)

Quite a move away from our founding documents. You can Google: Declaration of Interdependence, and see that many such declarations have been made by various groups.

I read Henry Steele Commager's offering of dog vomit mixed with gutter trash, which he composed in observance of the Centennial, in a 1976 number of the house organ of the NEA in a pubic library in New Orleans that year.

In fact, iirc it was NEA that put Commager up to his act of public emesis.

Which tells you where the fountains working our destruction are located. "Those who can, do ..../ Those who can't, destroy, or damage, or deface, or defame, as their revenge." (--Me)

This would not be the first time the world’s elite thought unprecedented interdependence would make war impossible. They thought the same thing in 1910.
