In the Obama Regime, Congress is middle-management.
Below is the new way of looking at his Regime. Obama's at the top. Congress is the box with the hole in it. The Supreme Court is the next box over, and all the various alphabet-agencies are the next box. All the little boxes at the bottom are office drones that serve the box above it.
