Hillary is going to come out on the 21st with a statement about this being a witch hunt and a republican hatchet job and will answer no questions relating to BenGhazi or email.
Cummings will then accuse the committee of partisanship. The MSM will lap it up. They will tell Hillary she shouldn’t have to testify about a hit job.
