With the repeal of the ACA he’s said he would have a government single payer HC for people under a certain threshold. That is considered to be a democrat ideal. (We are paying for them anyway.) We will see the details about repealing/replacing the ACA in a position paper.

This is called Medicaid. I don’t know of any candidate running who has promised to abolish it.
