Obviously white folks be slackin’ so they better start packin’. I live just outside the city limits, in the upper left quadrant of the map. I am one the proud, the few concealed carry permit holders in Illinois. But it is not at all easy to carry on a daily basis and stay within the law. The Illinois Concealed Carry Law is 178 pages long ... the first paragraph grudgingly acknowledges your right to carry ... the rest of it tells you everywhere you can't and what they will do to you if you do.
On any given day you'll just have to guess whether I am or not ... guess right and you'll live.
