For sure. You read these stories and they portray one side as completely unrealistic, and the victim, pure as the driven snow. There has to be a lot more to this story, but the other side can’t talk, because they are being sued.

How do you know they didn’t give her ample warning? I can’t imagine they don’t have a membership contract with requirements of what can and can’t be worn on the workout equipment, how it is to be used, etc. As others have posted, it seems this is one side of a multi-sided story.
