The 49 percent will say whatever the 51 percent wants to hear in any public situation.
Yeah, maybe not all 49%, but you do have to wonder if 51% are being honest, how many of the 49% are practicing Taquiyya.
Shari’ah law is in direct contradiction to almost the entire US Constitution, the US Code, and Federal statutes as written and as they stood until the later part of the 20th Century. Since then, in many places, Shari’ah law has abrogated the older standards of much English common law, the Ten Commandments, the Bill of Rights, and most of the rest of the Constitution when brought before a court of law, in any litigation involving a Muslim and non-Muslim.
But all that was happening in the courts even in litigation between a Christian and a non-Christian anyway, as evidenced by Roe v. Wade and overturning of popularly supported traditional marriage and gender identification.
