I believe 0dunga ordered Hillary & Co. to use private email servers and personal email addresses so as to HIDE HIS TREASONOUS FOREIGN POLICY DEALINGS. This goes straight to the top but they’ll not implicate him in exchange for his support for Hillary during her campaign.
