ECONOMIST WARNS: GERMANY’S MIGRANT INVASION WILL LEAD TO ‘MASSIVE TAX INCREASES’
Breitbart ^ | October 16, 2015 | Simon Kent

Germany must be ready to pay a hefty price for Chancellor Angela Merkel’s decision to lay out a welcome mat for any and all Middle East migrants who make it across the country’s borders. A German economist has warned that cost will come in massive tax hikes levied sooner rather than later.

The reason German workers will be left with the tab is that most new arrivals are low skilled and will be dependent on social benefits including public housing, food and clothing for years after their arrival. At the same time they are taking from a system they contribute nothing to in terms of tax, with the resulting burden left on those in work and paying into the system.

I knew the talk about these migrants being a huge boost to the German economy was pure BS. Arabs migrants have some of the highest utilization rates of welfare and the like in the Western world.

You can’t have a welfare state without clients. This is a big win for socialists who will staff up those welfare jobs.

Higher taxes should be the least of their worries.

Perfect prescription for national suicide.

Import 100’s of thousand members of a low and no skilled, third world dependent class.

Merkel needs to be dragged out of office and held to account for all the death and destruction she has caused and will cause.

Who couldn't have seen this coming? And then you have Merkel's brilliant decision to get rid of nuclear power because a reactor in Japan stood up to a tidal wave with no resulting deaths at all, which will continue to cause energy costs to skyrocket and cause Germany to become more dependent on Putin's natural gas exports.

Modern-day Germany can't force anyone to stay and I know for a fact many young Germans are leaving, most likely never to return. Hopefully, they won't come to the US and start voting for the same Green-Leftist policies which resulted in them fleeing their own homeland. As I've said before, Leftists are no more capable of connecting cause and effect than the locusts which swarm from one productive area to another, leaving devastation in their wake.

So how long would it take to train an illiterate and resentful immigrant to qualify for a position as a highly-skilled German factory worker?

I'm guessing the answer is, as a New Yorker might say, fuggedaboutit.

Sounds just like the prescription we’re taking.

I didn’t need an economist to tell me that the hard-working Germans are going to be the ones who pay for the freeloading towelheads.

Higher taxes will be the least of Germany’s concerns.

I don’t believe this.

There’s just got to be thousands, tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands of job openings in Germany for people that know how to smack a camel on the ass and make them go.

I ran estimated cost numbers in posts here weeks ago. Back-of-the-envelope calculations, but good for grins. I used the 500,000 refugee number that was then the forecast, then I used a rough requirement, based on US numbers, of the cost of welfare per refugee. Using a very conservative cost number of $60,000 per person, the total was $30 Billion. Just for the first year estimate of 500,000 refugees. Now the first year number is much higher.

Anyone not wearing blinders could see that the dollar cost of this assisted suicide of the West is going to be astronomical.
