The President sent a signal to the FBI that no matter the outcome, their investigative efforts are futile. Hopefully, unlike the GOP, they will not throw in the towel and deliver a full report and indictment and put the ball back in the President’s court. Let BO be the one to take responsibility and make a decision. It doesn’t matter what decision he comes to (we know he will pardon), only that he will be on record and held responsible.

White House spox Josh Earnest was sent out to backtrack Obama's stupid blanket assertions that Hillary's use of a private email server "did not pose a national security problem". Obama knew this as the FBI investigates? "We don't get an impression that there was purposely efforts ... to hide something or to squirrel away information," Earnest said.
