I don’t really see it either, but my friend is a regional manager for Books-A-Million and he told me that Carson had a book signing at an Atlanta store and over 2000 people came.

Still not Trump numbers and I still don’t understand it, but it at least supports it somewhat.

RE: Vote for McCain, sorry candidate but necessary to stop Obama.

If only to SLOW DOWN the slide to the left and socialism if not turn it around.

RE: Vote for Romney, sorry candidate but necessary to stop Obama.

Same as voting for Mccain.

I’d rather SLOW the train to destruction down than accelerate it. Doing nothing and then letting Obama romp is accelerating the train to destruction.

RE: Vote for Cruz/Carson, sorry candidates but necessary to stop Hillary.

Better than Hillary and definitely will turn the country around towards the conservative direction.

In what world do you think either or both Cruz/Carson can overcome the Fourth Estate?

A vote for anyone but Trump is an automatic Democrat victory in the general.

I think the one he’s probably referencing is a Books a million in Lawrenceville.

The local media referenced about 1000 people there. Knowing hos the media low-balls the numbers for Conservatives, there may have been more. (perhaps less too)

Your friend may know based on how many books were sold too.

Neither Cruz nor Carson can be elected so it will be Hillary. You are dreaming if you think either one of them will bring Independents and Democrats across the lines to vote for them.

If the Republicans don’t nominate someone who can, the election will go to Hillary or Biden if he runs.

From Google so percentages are probably way off but one thing is clear, Republicans are NOT a majority of voters.

PRINCETON, NJ — Forty-two percent of Americans, on average, identified as political independents in 2013, the highest Gallup has measured since it began conducting interviews by telephone 25 years ago. Meanwhile, Republican identification fell to 25%, the lowest over that time span. At 31%, Democratic identification is unchanged from the last four years but down from 36% in 2008.

This is more of NRO’s dirty tricks. They briefly tried to puff up Cruz to roadblock Trump, but never had any intention of supporting him. To them, it’s all about stopping The Donald so they can get their amnesty “moderate” in.

His cute little play on words, “a political apprentice” tells us that he misses the point. Trump isn’t auditioning for a politician, he’s running for the anti-politician that he is.

The great migration from the Hillary Clinton camp went on over to Donald Trump, as soon as the DNC finally agrees on their front runner those supporters of Trump will join the band wagon and dump Trump and go back to the DNC.

Donald Trump’s poll numbers will drop like a rock.

It’s not rocket science why a majority of Donald Trump won’t pick Ted Cruz is because they are not conservative and many of them were ex Hillary Clinton / Democrat/ Mkderates / Independents.

There is a big reason why Trump supporters won’t make Ted Cruz their 2nd choice, because ?

They were not conservative in the first place, it’s not rocket science.

I’d be curious to know about the hardcore Trump supporting Freepers and who would be their next choice for candidate, if Trump’s polls sink or if he were to leave the race entirely? Cruz, Carson, etc? Has there been a FR poll conducted that breaks out the top candidates on this site? I may have missed it?

I am glad you asked that.

Check out my post on thread ( posted by Freeper Isara titled : Brand New Fox poll show candidate surging into 3rd place , you will love this ) .

My post is # 90

I asked the question

How many Donald Trump supporters WON’T BE making Ted Cruz their 2nd choice because he is to conservative ?
