You’re either dense or have an issue with reading comprehension. Compensation is not the issue. Experience is the issue.
Those people who worked long years in IT and were laid off have jobs here if they are any good at all. I have a job to do and a product to deliver. If I can find a qualified American, (s)he gets the job, period.
You clearly know absolutely nothing about IT jobs.
It’s not me with the comprehension problem. You keep referencing how you can’t “find” qualified Americans to justify your defense of H-1B visas and I repeatedly said you’re doing it wrong.
And I know plenty about hiring developers and how the H-1B visa program twists those who think small.
