Why do large groups of young, fit men enter another country? I'm sure I could find the answer somewhere in history if I looked hard enough. Why did young, fit communists enter South Korea in 1950? Why did young, fit Nazis enter Poland and France in the 1930s? Why did young, fit Germans enter France in 1914? Why did Napoleon's young fit men enter so many countries? Gengis Khan's men? Attila's men? Caesar's men? I really cannot imagine, but I'm sure the answer is out there. Somewhere.
