Probably because you refer to it as “culture”. The segment of the population shown looting has no more culture than a household cat. There is no indication they are capable of any advanced thought processes, and they react only to the basest instincts. As great whites are described in “Jaws”: they eat, sleep, and make little sharks.
Throw drug addiction into the mix, and you have Ferguson, Baltimore, etc.
I lived in New Haven for many years. It is a third world hellhole where you will get killed if you don’t watch out. Funny how the people of Yale have not been able to improve the lives of the people of New Haven, even when using Progressive tools and techniques.
