Very interesting, Russia can kill these scum and the collateral will be among Syria's "Rebels" in Syria, rather than closer to home in Russian Federation territory.
For decades the Saudis have been financing Chechen Terrorist Muslims both in and outside the Russian Federation. exterminating them outside is a big plus, and not just for Russia.
