I would venture to say that this punk’s parents never used corporal punishment with him. I agree with you that this is what kids need. My father spanked me a few times growing up. I spanked my own kids when they were young. We all learned to behave in public and to treat other people with respect and decency. None of us would ever act the way this punk acted in the video.
Frankly, I’d wonder if Dad was in the picture, or if he was a spineless mush (like the kid I dealt with in scouts).
