Putin has Kadryov on a very tight leash regarding Syria. I don't think we'll see them go in, at least not for some time if at all. It's known that that over 400 Chechens had joined terrorist groups mainly ISIS and Al-Nusra Front, since the Syrian War broke out..... Putin doesn't want more of them to muddy the waters....remember the Syrian Army is fighting this war on the ground with Russia supplying air coverage....
At any rate all of those fighting on the ground are blood thirty beasts pumped higher than kites on drugs, sex, and Islamic teachings of all kinds to desensitize them and make them stay fighting longer...... It is not a "normal" war when these beasts are cut loose, it's like battling a bunch of crazies.....who are often that without the drugs or war....most have serious mental problems because Islam itself drills them to hate...this is a deadly, bloody, violent death cult.
