Easy. Your company or campaign manager has employees to make countless accounts to send tweets, makes comments and “likes” your product. You don’t believe all those product reviews on Amazon are real customers, do you? I’m sure there is software that will do it for them.

My daughter is a freelance writer/editor, and for a while there she had a job writing fake Amazon reviews. I was shocked when she told me how that worked, and now I don’t really trust any reviews. I think one way to spot the fake ones is if they have no typos and are grammatically perfect.
