Dressed in camouflage gear and wielding heavy machine guns, these men look like they are off to war. But while the pictures appear to show this band of brothers patrolling a conflict zone, they are actually guarding the border between the US and Mexico.

“Dressed in camouflage gear and wielding heavy machine guns”
Saw this earlier, LMAO!
Ping.
heavy machine guns
Any gun is a “heavy machine gun” to a brit.
Anyone of them is more of a man than the head of the Dept. of Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson.
Ask yourself this question - If you lived on or near the Arizona border with Mexico, who would you want out there protecting you - These men or Jeh Johnson and his band of merry eunuchs?
Good luck to them.

Or the AP.
I don't see any heavy machine guns, so I'll have to take the author's word for it.
More importantly; if I join the group, will I be issued a heavy machine gun?
Clone ‘em x 1000

Yeah, sad but true. Fear our own government, more.
The guy 4th from the left wearing a Brit desert camo jacket. ...Posing for the Daily Mail.
Heroes every one of them.
Wow...those are some strong SOBs if they can hump a Ma Deuce. Ammo, too. /sarc
Stopped reading right there.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
The government refuses to do its job so it is up to the people to do it. These guys are heroes.
I see 3 long guns for sure. Anyone know what they are?
