Who's joking? This guy, even if he is sitting in a diaper in a nursing home is going to vote, by absentee ballot, next September. He's been voting as a good Union man for whoever the Democrats pushed since he was 21. He probably couldn't spell Clinton, or Carter, or Obama, or Gore, but he voted for all of them.
