Despite its reactionary right-wing politics, “Sicario” is exceptional in every way, better than Steven Soderbergh’s “Traffic,” one of the best of the year. Oh, please. The writing and filming of this took place long before any of the campaigning was a thought. Editing and production take time - months to a year before a film is released. Sometimes, a movie is just a movie.
