They know the shooter’s age, they identified his car but they still don’t know his name. I guess that the authorities are afraid to come up with a name like Mohammed, Hussein or Barack.
If they have his car, it is a simple thing to find his name. Perhaps it is in his parents name......
There is zero reason to not reveal his name.
This is getting suspicious.
