Oh I have personal experience with violent leftists. When I eas Senior Ed at Off-Road.com I had the Animal Liberation Front circulate actual wanted posters of me and had them follow me dozens of miles into the Mohave Desert off-road snapping pix of myself and daughter.
These are people that regularly burn down BLM and other facilities long before resorting to actual calls for death so I am speaking from experience. I had people from the Vegas area BLM tell me to back off for my own safety.
Didn’t stop me. It did ramp up my editorials against radical environmentalists though. So I HAVE put my ass where my mouth is.
Here’s what these idiots don’t get: they are much less likely to have guns than the people who’s lives they are out to ruin.
There’s no way this doesn’t end badly. For all involved. No one wants, or should want what will happen. But eventually they will destroy some borderline nutjob to the point where, with nothing left to lose, that borderline nutjob crosses the border into full up crazy and goes off on a very well-armed vengeance mission. It’s basic first-day high school physics: each action produces an opposite and equal reaction. Swing the pendulumn to one side and it will swing back to an equivilant point on the other side.
And when that pendulumn swings back their families and the nutjob they helped incite will be dead. But on the positive side their “allies” will have another example to draw upon in pushing for gun control.
I take it from your response that you don't actually live *IN* Vegas? It's a lot more defensible if you live somewhere where you can see them coming. Also, you don't have any grass that they can set on fire to burn you out the way the tried with me.
It sounds like you have a more defensible position than a lot of other people can manage. Keep on giving them H*ll then.
