After hearing Cruz’s speech yesterday, I have a feeling Rand Paul’s assessment of him is correct - for the wrong reasons. The Powers That Be are going to move Heaven and Earth to get rid of a man who can lay out the problems they are causing so clearly. Forget the nomination - Cruz will be lucky to end up a Third Assistant Dog Catcher in rural Texas. He is too dangerous to too many people in DC.
Sounds to me to be more of the same. Lesser of two evils is still evil and that has gotten us to where we are today.
He has slow walked the Benghazi investigation. He has been silent when conservatives have needed him to speak. He has avoided doing anything to control spending..
He leaves much to be desired
Well, you can’t “fast walk it” if you don’t have the information for an investigation.
Trey has said that many, many times. He is just now getting the emails he’s been asking for .. 935 of them .. and the article I read, said Trey was happy to finally get the info he was looking for.
Hillary is scheduled to go before his committee sometime in October (I forget what the date is).
So, before you throw Trey under the bus, maybe you need to catch up on the latest info.
Gowdy has exhibited the traits of being the GOPe’s smoke and mirrors all along. Nothing substantial has ever come from his actions, rather inactions.

What has Gowdy accomplished during his high-profile hearings on Benghazi?
Answer: Nothing.
Nobody has lost their job.
Nobody has gone to jail.
Useless and worthless.
A Congressional committee can’t fire anybody, indict anybody, send anybody to jail. They can’t enforce their own subpoenas.
Gowdy is NOT SLOW WALKING the Benghazi investigation,, instead the administration is SLOW TO GIVE UP THE DOCUMENTS he has requested . The admin. is slowly taking time to edit , delete and redact the documents . So he has to keep going back over and over again to get the info he needs . Where have you been ,,, we all know the admin. is stonewalling his investigation .

Larry Klayman has gotten more information out of the court suits than Gowdy has. Everything Gowdy has was revealed months before he even looked at it.
I have not thrown any one under the bus.....All I have done is point out where some folks who claim to be conservative don’t act like it when it is crunch time.

The administration is releasing documents to the COURTS because of Larry Klayman and a couple of other brave folks who filed legal action to see them. The HOUSE committee under Gowdy has done jack except sit around on their hands saying please could you givde us documents.

Gowdy is running for the 4th District in SC. Trump is running for president and is New Yorker who is not schooled on all conservative issues.
Gowdy should be 10 times more conservative than Trump and I dont know if he is any bit more conservative thand Trump on economic or non-amnesty issues.

Trump is becoming more conservative. Gowdy is becoming less conservative.
Gowdy has been exposed to conservatism in SC for a long time.
Trump has not been around it, so does not know how good the policies are.
