I would take this with a grain of salt. When an Argentine leader does something like this they either have their panties in a wad over the IMF or are looking to deflect political heat by pointing a finger at the Yankee Imperialists again.

That much is certainly true, but when you have an American hating traitor in the White House - acts of 'treason' are probably a normal day's work for the fellow.
