The Obama stimulus turned out to be a bailout for the states.
In Texas we got sizable chunks of Obama stimulus money, but it was spent in lieu of state appropriations. So there was no net increase spending on infrastructure, but it did save the taxpayers money
Texas frequently seems to work things out better than many other states
as for what we saw, anyways,
