Not a Carly supporter...nor do I hate her...but what email issues she might have had is her business along with her employer’s business at the time. What Hillary did was criminal on a national level.

Anyone know what Hillary, Gina McCarthy and Lois Lerner all have in common?

They all ran departments and all had private email servers. That being the case, my question is, what other department heads are doing this? 1 is an anomaly. 2 is questionable. 3 is an pattern.

My bet is there are more.

Totally agree, this is a fatuous and vacuous analogy that doesn't hold water, and this article should have never been written nor posted. It's just a pretty ridiculous comparison. There are valid reasons to go after Carly, but this ain't one of them.

I agree. Petraeus was convicted for doing something which was a tiny fraction of what Hillary did. Did Fiorina do something illegal with the server?

This is just an attempt to provide cover for Hillary. If she was a Republican, she would have been in jail already (probably since Whitewater or the cattle futures insider trading). She continues to break the law because she assumes she can get away with it. So far there is very little evidence she is wrong about that.

Correct. If Fioriba violated HP policy that’s between her and HP but is not a violation of law. However, and this could be a problem, if any of her emails had DOD content she would have been required to follow their policy and procedure for saving and dispositioning said emails. Just saying....

Its a public company, so no, your comment doesn’t necessarily fly.

That was my first thought as well, but it’s wrong.
