Deride: A liberal’s first defense is to express contempt for your opinion through mockery

Distract: When a liberal realizes they are losing the argument they always change the subject.

Deny: Once you have them cornered and there is no out for them so that their defeat is inescapable, their next defense is to deny that the facts are truthful or even matter.

Demonize: at the end of the argument when a liberal has been thoroughly defeated he will turn to demonizing his opponent.

Actually, the standard operating procedure for the left now seems to be to skip the first three and proceed with demonization immediately upon encountering any opposition.
