The only reason Trump is not on any show is because Trump does not want to be on any show. He calls the shots. It’s called ratings.

Correct....the nets abhore phone-in interviews and avoid them , except for Trump. They'll take him any way they can get him.
As for Cruz, they probably are afraid of him.
